If you're referring to "One Forty Plus", it was a reference to Twitter's 140 character limit... 140 plus, meaning the ability to expand upon Twitter quips or the ability to blog a YouTube, for example, rather than just link to it.
If you're referring to the jhnmyr? Well, since Tumblr removed the last vowel from Tumbler, I just thought it was a clever and kind of cute way to mimick that.
